State you are attending the DFW Coaches Clinic when making your reservations to receive a  rate of $130.00 per night. (plus tax) Your registration must be made by January 8 to receive this special rate. Embassy Suites provides a complimentary cooked to order breakfast and happy hour each day to each coach staying at the hotel. Each room comfortably sleeps four. Embassy Suites Hotel is also adjacent to Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World and Grapevine Mills Mall. All two room suites include Microwave Ovens, Refrigerators, Wet Bars, Two - remote controlled televisions, and more! Embassy Suites also has a complimentary shuttle to and from both DFW Airport and Grapevine Mills Mall.
Reginfo.jpg (9788 bytes) Exhibitor registration fee is $400.00 if you pre-register by January 22, 2010. After January 22, the fee is $450.00. No refunds after this date. Registration is limited to the first 80 exhibitors. DFW Coaches Clinic reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor.

 With your registration you will receive:
  • One 8' X 8' Exhibit Space
  • Food and drinks on Friday night.
  • Texas Hold'Em Tournament on Friday night ($50 buy-in, limited to the first 50 players that sign up and pay at registration)
  • FCA Lecture Saturday morning.
  • Clinic setup begins at 8:00 am on Friday, January 29. Lectures begin at 1:00 pm on Friday and the exhibitor hall closes at 10:30 am on Sunday.
  • Exhibiting Hours are 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM on Sunday.
  • Over 1000 coaches were in attendance at this clinic last year. Between 1100-1200 are expected this year.
